Working on a new side project
I told myself at the start of the year that I won't work on new side projects... but there's so much cool stuff happening in the .NET space I can't resist.
I told myself at the start of the year that I won't work on any new side project so that I get more time at the piano, time for more reading, and for exercise. But there's so much cool stuff happening in the .NET space that I can't NOT work on side projects.
It's past 3:30 AM as I write this post—I've been experimenting with Avalonia and I'm liking it so far. The last desktop app I worked on was in 2014, and I've been itching to work one for at least a couple years now.
Here's what I've got at the moment:
I'll open source it the moment I get a basic working app out.
Hopefully in a few weekends 🤞
